Talking with each other is key. Just learned that again at work, but it's also true in everyday's life. If there are issues to be solved, talking to people helps as it helps to understand each other and each other's motives. Sometimes it's just tiny things that can make a big difference. And, of course, all parties get more forward when going in the same direction instead of pulling crosswise at the same rope. Yeah, I know, this sounds quite vague. But I am certain you can match this to several situations you personally experienced. And my wish is to have this understanding within the whole community supporting electronic music. Like back in the days, when everyone only had one goal: to make EM a musical home to the people.
