Episode 21

Tonight a very special edition featuring a short but insightful interview with Bernhard Wöstheinrich a.k.a. The Redundant Rocker. Listen, what he has to tell about his works, past and future projects, and his just published album Heart. Further, some more revealing information on the Electronic Circus, no secrets anymore ... for now. And, finally, a recommendation on where to go on Valentine's day, of course for enjoying fantastic electronic music.

Music tonight from Centrozoon, Klaus Hoffmann-Hoock & Bernhard Wöstheinrich, The Redundant Rocker, David Wright, and Wellenfeld.

"Heart" by The Redundant Rocker:

  • Label info: Bernhard’s long-awaited second album as ‘The Redundant Rocker’ is a fascinating affair. For this album the focus is more on the ‘song’ rather than detailed digital editing and effects. ‘Heart’ is inspired by melancholy, which is strongly reflected in the minor keys and slow tempos of the powerful compositions. Bernhard draws influences from French artist M83 as well as Big Beat styles with results that resemble a ‘wall-of-sound’ as we like it.
