Last week, I presented some of the artists nominated for Schallwelle awards. Of course, there are more. And tonight we have some really big names. Concert appearances and releases made them go for the awards, and many followers took the chance to cast their vote. So here we are with tracks by nominated artists and from nominated albums, on tonight's playlist are Eric van der Heijden, Glenn Main Henriksen, Johannes Schmoelling, Loom, Picture Palace music, Ron Boots, and Tangerine Dream.
The year 2011 was quite a good one wrt. electronic music. Lots of great festivals, concerts and album releases to celebrate. And that's exactly the purpose of the Schallwelle Awards being held in March in Bochum. On tonight's edition, some of the artists nominated will give their reprise. Including the brand new album by F.D.Project and some of the best of last year, like those by Matzumi, Pyramid Peak, Synth.nl, and Uwe Reckzeh.
Charming music on tonight's show, just in between being nice and being chilling.
