It's always interesting to see, when artists pick up traditional elements in their music, but not sticking to it by copying the old style. Adding new thoughts and re-interpreting what was laid out by masters in their domain to build upon it, advancing to a modern style and age of music. Last weekend I enjoyed the festivities of the Schallwelle award prize givings with about 300 artists, makers, and friends of electronic music. A real fun to meet all those people again and have nice talks all evening long. So, still being in a happy mood, tonight's choice of tracks surely reflects this, although it's rather quietly sounding. Ah, well, simply take half an hour and listen to the show, very nice tracks enlisted by Sebastien Marchal (Goldfish), Forrest Fang (Letters to the Farthest Stars), Altocirrus (Members of AmbiOfusion - Forever Together), Curious Inversions (Schoolyard Crows), and Mythos (Jules Verne Forever).
