It seems like we just passed the event horizon, as so many concerts are now coming into sight. Tomorrow we have the E-Scape festival in the UK, the week after you may meet Berlin School masters in Bochum, and only one week further there's kraut-like rock in Dortmund. And all of these for you electronic lovers only. The beat is on. Another fine new episode of syndae getting into the rhythm again, but still mostly easy going, no heavy lifting. I have to raise a warning that a new festival is in sight. E-Scape is coming up, hopefully starting a new series of events in the UK. If one sees images changing fast enough they cause the impression of living pictures. A technique as old as 1832 in fact, so it is really quite young an invention. Chaining sounds to form a song is so much older and still so popular as in the past. And given the right sounds and sequences, music can also creates a film, a magic mental movie taking one to fantastic places. Tonight we have such tunes, although mainly not of real movies, but putting living images into your mind.
