This is an excerptional show you will find tonight, as it is edition 80-0 of syndae, which will feature a look back at the beginnings of electronic music as we share our love in. Right, back in those golden ages for EM some ingenious people started experimenting with electronic equipment and the like to invent a new style in sound and music, and lay the foundation for many more and, admittedly, more popular styles we (in parts have to) listen to these modern days. There might be an alternative universe out there not having these geniuses at work, well, they would miss out on great stuff. Join me for a tiny celebration and time travel with the music by Klaus Schulze (Timewind), Jean-Michel Jarre (Les Chants Magnétiques), Kraftwerk (Minimum - Maximum), Tangerine Dream (Ricochet (Live)), Manuel Göttsching (E2-E4).
Halloween. Time of ghosts and horror. Tonight's episode gives you a trick-or-treat feeling, spine-chilling up to your naked bones. I'll keep quiet to not spoil the atmosphere, so I hope you'll enjoy my selection of dark and spooky tracks by Annode, Bluejooz, Innfallen, Karsten Hamre, and the Secret Druid Society, plus a slight calming finale by Gastón Arévalo.
A special weekend coming up, Halloween is near. But first, we turn to the contemplative side of these days. Enigmatic voices combined with fabulous electronic waveshapes, music to dive deep into easing mind and spirit. Here come Devas, Computerchemist feat. Nemesis, Rainbow Serpent and Isgaard, Faber, Gert Emmens and Cadenced Haven, and Harald Nies.
A bunch of fresh releases stacks up on episode 107, combining music by some very well known guys from the 80s and 90s with the younger generation of this millenium. Tonight on the menu, dancable music by Brainwork, F.D.Project, Fort Fairfield, No Tabac, Robert Schröder, and The Pels Syndicate.
Being busy with lots of festivals on electronic music, here come some fine tracks to slow down life. Peaceful, easing music by Deborah Martin, Feedback, jujigen, pulsn, Walter Roos, and including my guess to the anniversary album competition of Ian Boddy.
A big bunch of hot and fresh music comes around these days. Here comes an episode featuring 4 brand new releases by Claudio Merlini, David Helpling & Jon Jenkins, Picture Palace music, and Ron Boots & Synth.NL, plus one yet unreleased track by a newcomer to EM and syndae, Klangzaun.
