I endorse the times, when I come to rest and simply switch my mind into relaxation mode. Of coure, one never is alone and without thoughts, but hey. A nice companion are the sounds of the environment and surely ambient music. Tonight, I am delighted to have some very still tracks, well, occasionally disturbed by my voice, but I hope not too often.
